Overview

As a Digital Marketing Manager at Pinnacle, you will be responsible for developing and executing our digital marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and generate qualified leads through social media, the website and email marketing. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B marketing, proficiency in various digital platforms, and the ability to leverage analytics for strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aimed at B2B audience engagement and lead generation.
  • Apply creative graphic design skills to produce compelling visual content for social media, ads, and website.
  • Write and edit high-quality content for various digital channels, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand voice.
  • Manage PPC ad campaigns across multiple platforms, optimizing budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Master reporting tools and analytics to measure campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to senior management.
  • Utilize a marketing automation platform to create and manage lead nurturing programs, automated workflows, and personalized campaigns.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Proven track record of success in B2B social media marketing, including proficiency in creating and executing social media strategies on LinkedIn.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) to create visually appealing content.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with experience in content creation, proofreading, and brand storytelling.
  • Hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns, with a focus on optimizing ad spend for maximum ROI.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices and website optimization techniques.
  • Ability to interpret data and analytics to drive strategic marketing decisions.
  • Experience in banking or credit union environments is a significant advantage.
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Ability to occasionally travel to trade shows and company meetings as needed.
  • A dedicated, quiet, and private workspace to perform work duties when working remotely. The workspace must be free from distractions and have a stable internet connection to support virtual video and phone communication for collaboration with clients and colleagues.
