It’s easy to apply to become a mystery shopper for Pinnacle and to find the assignments that are right for you by following these steps.
ONE: Sign Up as a Mystery Shopper
Register with Pinnacle and create a shopper profile. After you sign up and log in, you can read about available mystery shops in your area and enter applications for the shops that interest you. SIGN UP HERE.
TWO: Apply for New Mystery Shopping Assignments
We continually add mystery shops to our Job Board, so check often! Registered shoppers who sign up for email alerts will receive a notification when shops are posted in their areas.
THREE: Check for Mystery Shopping Assignments
After you apply for a shop, you’ll receive a notification if Pinnacle assigns it to you. Your shop log will include details on the start date, due date, address, instructions, survey, and pay amount. You should thoroughly review all information before completing the assignment.
FOUR: Shop and Collect Information
Each of our shopping assignments contains step-by-step instructions for successfully performing your shop. We have a dedicated Account Manager assigned to each client who is available either by phone or email for any additional questions or concerns that arise.
FIVE: Send Your Completed Survey for Review
Once you have completed your assignment, one of our Quality Control Editors will review the survey you completed and offer positive feedback to you regarding areas of improvement, if necessary. Once your shop has passed our Quality Control department, your shop is released for payment.
